McLean, Virginia (October 9, 2025) — Renaissance Centro have today announced the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, McLean, Tysons, marking Virginia’s first branded residential development under The Ritz-Carlton.
Set in the heart of Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C, the project will redefine elevated condominium living with more than 15,000 square feet of luxury amenities.
The 102-unit, standalone residential property will rise adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner hotel and Tysons Galleria, adding to Marriott International’s global branded residences portfolio, which includes over 300 open and pipeline developments across 50 countries and territories.
