1760 Reston Parkway is located in Reston, Virginia’s thriving Reston Town Center. In 2014, Akridge partnered with a local property owner to acquire the asset and subsequently led an amendment to the existing entitlements, enabling the development of a 420,000-square-foot, 23-story office tower. The property was successfully sold in 2025.
